Miller County, Arkansas
Miller County / Bowie County Veterans Service Office was established in the early 1940’s. It has been located at numerous locations in Texarkana during its existence. Our office is located in the basement of the Miller County Courthouse.
Our office hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. We currently take appointments, but walk-ins are welcome. As always, appointments have priority. We are closed for all State and National holidays and closed daily from 1:00pm to 2:00pm for lunch.
Our office works hand in hand with the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs and the Texas Veterans Commission. These two entities provide all of the training and accreditation for the Service Officer.
Our office has a proud history of assisting veterans and their families with the VA claim process, as well as assistance for Active Duty Military Reserve and National Guard with issues that arise. All are welcome.
